1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of PerfectHindi.com (the “Service”), operated by its owner/operator (“we”, “us”). By selecting the acceptance button, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the data-processing information in our Privacy Policy. Use the Service only if you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into an agreement. If acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have its authority. If you disagree, do not submit any text or use the correction service.
2. Purpose and limits of the Service
PerfectHindi provides AI-assisted language correction. We aim to improve language quality, but output may contain mistakes, omissions, unsuitable changes, changed meaning or factual inaccuracies, even without a technical failure. Output is not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, original, lawful or suitable for a particular purpose. The Service does not independently verify news, allegations, names, numbers, quotations or facts and is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
3. Your review and publication responsibility
You must independently review the original and corrected scripts before relying on, sharing, broadcasting or publishing them. Check facts, names, amounts, dates, attribution, quotations, tone, meaning and necessary permissions. You remain responsible for editorial decisions, publication and consequences of your use of the content. Keep your own copy of important material; the Service is not a script archive or backup service.
4. Your content and permission to process it
You retain your rights in material you submit. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to submit it, including any personal information concerning others. You authorise us and our service providers to process and transmit that material only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and maintain the requested service and comply with law. This does not transfer ownership of your script to us or promise exclusive rights in AI output. Do not submit passwords, API keys, bank credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential material you are not authorised to share.
5. Data processing and privacy
Submitted scripts are transmitted to a third-party AI processing service to generate corrections. The current application does not intentionally maintain a persistent database, file archive or routine content log of submitted or corrected scripts. Temporary processing in memory and technical metadata are different from storing a script archive. Hosting and other providers may process technical information under their applicable policies and settings. Our Privacy Policy explains these distinctions. Do not interpret these Terms as a guarantee that no information is ever processed or retained by any party.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, fraud, impersonation, malicious code, unauthorised access, attempts to obtain confidential server information, or activity that overloads or disrupts the Service. Do not bypass access controls, technical limits or security protections. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content and intended publication comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
Except for user content and separately licensed third-party material, rights in our brand, design, software and original materials belong to their respective owners. Access does not grant permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit proprietary server code, internal rules or branding. Third-party components remain governed by their own licences. Rights and uses permitted by applicable law are not restricted by this clause.
8. Availability and third-party services
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, response times, compatibility, permanent availability or recovery of lost text. Maintenance, network problems, capacity limits and third-party failures may interrupt processing. Third-party advertisements or links do not constitute our endorsement, and your dealings with third parties are subject to their terms. Any future paid offer will disclose its price and applicable conditions before purchase.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PerfectHindi.com and its owners, operators and publishers disclaim warranties and shall not be liable for errors, omissions, alterations or inaccuracies in input processing or output; your reliance on, use, sharing or publication of a script; loss, corruption or unavailability of scripts or data; service interruptions or third-party failures; or related financial, business, reputational, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost revenue, profit or opportunity. This applies regardless of the form of claim and even if a possibility of loss was known. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer/data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable. This clause operates only to the extent legally enforceable.
10. Claims arising from misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for substantiated third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from your unlawful submissions, infringement or material misuse of the Service. This does not make you responsible for our own unlawful conduct or liabilities that cannot legally be transferred to you.
11. Suspension and changes
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or maintenance. We may update these Terms and will display the revised date. Material revisions will be presented through the acceptance flow before further correction requests in the updated application. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
12. Governing law, rights and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Disputes may be brought before courts, tribunals or consumer forums having lawful jurisdiction. No clause prevents a lawful complaint to a regulator or overrides non-waivable rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as legally permitted.
