1. Scope
This notice describes how the current PerfectHindi.com language-correction application handles information. It should be read with the Terms & Conditions. It does not make a blanket promise of zero data processing or zero retention across every external service.
2. Scripts and correction output
When you paste a script, the editor may automatically start correction after acceptance of the Terms. Your text travels from your browser to our server and to a third-party AI inference service, and the result returns to your browser. The application processes input and output temporarily in memory. It does not include a script database, persistent draft archive, routine input/output content logging or a feature that saves scripts for model training. We do not sell scripts or use them to train our own model. Text remains visible in your browser until cleared, replaced, reloaded or closed; browser history restoration, clipboard contents and your own device settings may retain copies independently.
3. Third-party AI processing
A third-party AI service processes the submitted text to provide the requested correction. Its processing and retention depend on the service, selected processing mode, contractual terms and applicable policies. This application sends standard text inference requests rather than bulk jobs. We do not promise that every possible provider configuration has identical retention rules. Contact us for current processing-provider information relevant to a privacy request. Processing may occur outside your country, subject to applicable legal requirements.
4. Operational and security information
The application uses request-security tokens and temporary request counters to protect the service. Server logs record correction-request counts and elapsed time, not the script body. Hosting and network services may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser/device information, timestamps, error and security records under their own policies and configured retention. These operational records are distinct from a saved script archive. Do not place sensitive text in URLs.
5. Browser storage and cookies
The current correction application does not use advertising analytics or tracking cookies. It stores a policy-acknowledgement marker in sessionStorage for the browser tab; this marker contains a policy identifier, not your script or identity. If browser storage is unavailable, acknowledgement can be held temporarily in page memory and may be requested again. This is a convenience marker, not a server-maintained consent audit record. You can remove it by clearing site data. External ad media or links, if configured, can involve independent third-party processing.
6. Purposes and recipients
We process information to deliver corrections, operate the site, prevent misuse, respond to communications and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to service providers and authorised persons as necessary for those purposes; lawful disclosure may be required by authorities. Contact messages you send us may contain your name, email address and message. Those messages may be retained as needed to respond, handle complaints and meet legal obligations; they are not covered by the no-script-archive statement.
7. Retention and security
Input and output are held only for processing by the current application; there is no application script-history feature to retrieve or delete later. Browser copies, emails, provider metadata and hosting logs have separate lifecycles. External log-retention periods depend on the active account settings and policies and are not represented here as a verified fixed number of days. We use access restrictions and secure transport where deployed over HTTPS, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting sensitive or unauthorised information.
8. Your choices and requests
You can decline the Terms, stop using the Service, clear text from the page and clear browser site data. For access, correction, deletion, privacy complaints or other rights available under applicable law, email connect@perfecthindi.com with enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not send additional sensitive data unnecessarily. If a script was never persistently stored by us, we cannot retrieve it. Requests involving provider-held records may require coordination with that provider and are subject to law and identity verification where necessary.
9. Children and updates
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or above. Do not submit children’s personal information without the authority and safeguards required by applicable law. We may revise this notice to reflect changes to processing. The revised date will be displayed, and material changes will be communicated through the site and acceptance flow as appropriate.
